The mouthpiece is made of German silver, an alloy composed of 65% copper, 23% zinc, 12% nickel that activates chewing and salivation to relax the horse towards the bit.

Thanks to the double joint, the palate is freed by acting on the bars, jaw, and especially on the tongue due to its long central piece. This design combined with the twisted barrels allows the rider to modulate the pressure, enhancing the rider's strength when operating the rein.

The two free rings are attached to the cheek pieces and the two regular rings are attached to the reins.
