HOW TO BUY?
To buy in our online store www.equippos.com, you will need to register. To do it, you just have to follow each step and fill out the submission form and then sign in. Once it’s done, you will not have to enter all these data in future purchases.
You can now add to your cart as much products as you want.
You will then need to validate the purchase steps and your shipping address will be requested.
DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE SHIPPING COSTS?
No, because we want to offer you the most competitive product possible.
HOW LONG DOES THE DELIVERY TAKE?
Once we’ve received your order and payment, if the product is in stock, we will proceed to the shipment by transport, and you will receive your package within 24/48h. If we need to first order the product, the delivery will take from 5 to 15 working days from the confirmation of payment.
WHAT GUARANTEES DO YOU OFFER?
Transport guarantee: All our shipments are covered by insurance of 100% of the value of the merchandise. Remember that you have 24 hours to make the claim if your order has suffered damages during the transport. If you have any other doubts, do not hesitate to send us an email to email@example.com.
Product guarantee: The guarantee only covers defects produced at the manufacture. To use the guarantee, you will need the purchase invoice.
Remember that textile products are hygienic products and that’s why we don’t accept returns once unpacked.
No claims will be accepted after 24 hours once you’ve received the package, except those resulting from manufacturing errors.
