⚠️ Damaged items or manufacturing defects?

If your package arrived damaged during transport or has a manufacturing defect, please contact our Customer Service with photos of the issue. If the error is ours, we will cover all shipping costs to provide a solution as quickly as possible.

Exchange Policy

Our priority is speed and efficiency. We offer a "swap" service (delivery with simultaneous pickup) so the process is completed in a single day.

  • Personalized Management: A technician will contact you to organize the pickup according to your schedule.
  • Service Cost: €5 for standard mainland exchanges.
  • Premium Benefit: Exchanges are FREE for orders over €180 (Mainland Spain).
  • In-Store Option: You can perform exchanges in person at our Barcelona store free of charge.

Return Policy

IMPORTANT: We only accept returns for items in perfect condition, with all original tags and packaging. All returns must be pre-authorized; unauthorized returns will be rejected.
🚚 Logistics

Return shipping cost is €8 in mainland Spain, borne by the customer. We do not accept pickups at post offices; the package must be delivered directly to our store.

💳 Non-Refundable Fees

Transaction fees generated by payment methods (PayPal, Bizum, Stripe, etc.) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Returns at our physical store in Barcelona are always free of charge.

Equippos reserves the right to authorize returns requested after the standard two-week period.
