Multi-layer, dual-density adaptive foam protection, certified to EN 1621-2: Level 2 is perfect and sufficient for children who do not practice any discipline that requires a level 3 waistcoat. Back protection is certified to the strict criteria of motorbike standard EN1621-2, level 2. Additional side protection zones complete the high standards to result in a lightweight, slim, and comfortable waistcoat.

Thermofit technology is a dual-density foam that softens with body temperature adapting to the curves of the rider's body and allows freedom of movement, twisting and folding. Combined with the thermo-adhesive material it feels like a "custom fit".

Characteristic for its very satisfactory breathability, entirely perforated with extremely breathable lining made of lightweight, stretchy and moisture management fabric, as a result, the soft and supple protection is immediately noticeable when putting on the waistcoat.

The design is reduced to the essentials even though it has 25 mm of density, it does not add thickness it can be worn inside a jacket. 

It has a cut that automatically adjusts to the wearer's width thanks to a special layering technique and intelligent flex zones, the front and back foams are joined laterally by an elastic band, which provides lateral flexibility and automatically adjusts the width when the liner is closed.

Another characteristic feature and the reason why it is placed at the top of favorite safety waistcoats is its softness and flexibility, Komperdell has developed an extremely flexible protection system thanks to a multi-layer, thermo-elastic construction. The liner adjusts in just a few minutes, providing unrivaled comfort.

The fact that this product is designed for motorcycling does not mean that it cannot be used for riding, but it cannot replace a protective waistcoat that complies with EN 13158:2018 for equestrian sports.
