The Helite Zip’In 2 Airbag Vest is a 2-in-1 riding vest designed for all equestrian disciplines, combining comfort, style, freedom of movement, and outstanding protection. Thanks to its central zipper, the airbag can be worn on its own or integrated under a compatible approved jacket, adapting perfectly to the rider’s needs.
Its unique shape absorbs impact and stabilizes the body from the head to the tailbone. The system inflates in approximately 100 milliseconds, providing full protection to vital areas: neck, chest, back, pelvis, and sacrum. The new, more tailored cut improves integration under a jacket and increases protective volume in the chest area, while also reducing the weight of the reusable cartridge.
The mechanical activation system is reliable, simple, and robust. Simply attach the vest’s lanyard to the saddle; in the event of a fall, when the rider becomes separated from the horse, the airbag deploys automatically.
No special maintenance is required. An annual safety check before the start of the season is recommended to verify the cartridge weight and ensure the mechanism is functioning correctly. Do not machine wash or submerge in water. For cleaning, scrub firmly with a brush using warm water and mild soap, or use baby wipes without detergent, as certain products may damage the fabric.
