The Freejump Airbag Vest Gas Cartridge has been specifically designed to ensure optimal performance and maximum safety for Freejump airbag vests.

Manufactured from cast steel with a welded seal, this cartridge delivers exceptional reliability and performance. The quality of the sealing and piercing system is essential to guarantee fast and efficient airbag inflation in the event of a fall.

A seal that is too thick can slow down the release of CO₂ and compromise inflation speed. For this reason, FREEJUMP cartridges are developed under strict quality standards to ensure precise opening and immediate gas release.

Thanks to this technology, FREEJUMP airbag vests provide one of the fastest inflation times on the market, ranging from 80 ms to 130 ms, depending on the vest size.

FREEJUMP cartridges are exclusively manufactured in Austria or Japan, countries recognised for their high production and quality-control standards. FREEJUMP does not use cartridges manufactured in China or other Asian countries, ensuring maximum safety and system reliability.

To guarantee the correct operation of the airbag and maintain certified safety conditions, only original FREEJUMP cartridges should be used.

The performance of CO₂ cartridges may be affected at temperatures below 0 °C.
