Kentucky Mesh Fly Rug

Kentucky fly rug that offers maximum protection against any insect, making it the perfect rug for horses with sensitive skin, made of intelligent materials with a special design for greater comfort in the paddock.

Made of structured and dense mesh fabric that keeps most insects away, extremely strong and micro-perforated for optimal ventilation. On the inside, it is flat providing a soft feeling ensuring that hairs do not stick or pinch the skin.

Thanks to its light color it reflects the sun's rays without absorbing heat as well as allowing air permeability. In the mane, chest, and tail area it is lined with a soft polyester to prevent chafing.

Anatomically shaped design that always remains in the correct position, the front part is closed by a strong hook-loop and a special triangular closure that relieves pressure on the horse's chest and withers, which is very comfortable during hours of grazing. It also has a protective flap on the belly to further seal the body from external agents.

The tail flap is a little longer than usual and has an elastic for the safety tail keeping the rug attached. The neckpiece is removable and is reinforced with thicker and more resistant tape, so it does not slide down the neck. Due to this reinforcement, it does not exert pressure directly on the mane, maintaining the impeccable condition of the root without causing chafing or hair loss.

It can be machine washed at 30 degrees, then let it air dry.
