Verdun bit from the French brand Jump'In made of German Silver which, contrary to what it seems, is not a strong action bit but is effective for specific problems in horses that pass their tongue or that need a larger contact area.
German silver is an alloy composed of 65% copper, 23% zinc, 12% nickel that activates chewing and salivation to relax the horse towards the bit.
This mouthpiece is an excellent alternative to full cheek bits as well as attaching the cheekpiece to an integrated ring for greater stability and action. The three cannons have three pieces with a flat link that acts uniformly on the tongue, avoiding any pressure on the palate and improving the horse's confidence in making contact.
Hygiene tips
It is recommended to rinse the piece after each use to avoid depositing residue that could cause damage or discomfort to the horse.
