The exterior of the blanket is made of 900 deniers Ripstop polyester. Ripstop fabric contains reinforced thread, which makes it incredibly difficult to tear. Another benefit of the fabric is that it repels chips so that hay, straw, or any type of substrate does not stick to it.
The inner lining of micro-polyester fiber with a soft touch of cotton. 200gr padding made of fiber that creates a feeling of microclimate without absorbing any odor.
Fully breathable, it allows air to pass through the fabrics, allowing sweat to evaporate and perspiration from the skin, preventing the horse from overheating without letting heat escape.

Care guide
The rug can be machine washed at 30 degrees (no dryer). We recommend washing the rug monthly for best results.
However, it is recommended that you wash it as infrequently as possible and use Kentucky Wash Protector Bags to maintain long-term quality. We also recommend using professional machines (larger capacity) to limit damage from the normal washing machine drum. To dry it, simply expose it outside on a sunny day. The dryer is not recommended.
