The mouthpiece is made of German silver, an alloy composed of 65% copper, 23% zinc, 12% nickel that activates chewing and salivation to relax the horse towards the bit.
Thanks to the double articulation, the palate is released by acting on the tongue, bars, and jaw. The two free rings are attached to the cheek pieces and the two regular rings are attached to the reins.
