Measure your calf size looking for the widest measurement
Height size is measured from the bend of the knee to the floor.
It is usually wise to choose a size smaller than your usual shoe.

The height should be just below the kneecap because once it adapts, it lowers between 2 and 3 fingers (Tip: if the height bothers you during the first rides, it is common to lower the zipper at the top a little to relieve that area during the process of adaptation)
